Yahoo की सर्विस घंटों तक रही ठप, हजारों यूजर्स का परेशानी से निकला दम
Yahoo की सर्विसेज गुरुवार को कई घंटों तक ठप रही जहां हजारों यूजर्स ने इसको लेकर शिकायत की है
नई दिल्ली, टेक डेस्क। Yahoo की सर्विस गुरुवार को कई घंटों के लिए ठप रही। हालांकि, Yahoo के यूजर्स को यह तक नहीं पता था कि डाउनटाइम कितने समय तक के लिए है। ऑनलाइन डाउनटाइम की जानकारी देने वाली Downdetector वेबसाइट को तय समय तक Yahoo मेल से जुड़ी समस्याओं की 5,000 से अधिक रिपोर्ट मिल चुकी थी। Downdetector वेबसाइट के मुताबिक Yahoo की दूसरी सर्विसेज में आई रुकावटों को लेकर करीब 300 यूजर्स ने शिकायत की है।
ट्विटर पर एक यूजर्स ने बताया कि ऑस्ट्रेलिया में करीब 3 घंटों तक Yahoo की सर्विसेज डाउन रही।

Yahoo Customer Care के ट्विटर अकाउंट से 12:10 PM पर एक ट्वीट कर जानकारी दी गई कि यूजर्स को Yahoo के कुछ सर्विसेज को एक्सेस करने में परेशानी आ रही है, जिसे जल्द से जल्द ठीक किया जाएगा।

Yahoo Customer Care के पहले ट्वीट के बाद कुछ ही देर में एक और ट्वीट आया जिसमें बताया गया कि स्लोडाउन को लेकर काम किया जा रहा है। इस दौरान यूजर्स को आ रही परेशानियों को लेकर Yahoo की तरफ से माफी भी मांगी गई।

इसके बाद कंपनी की तरफ से कुछ ही घंटों में कई ट्वीट्स किए गए, जहां यूजर्स को बताया गया कि फाल्ट का पता लगा लिया गया।
शाम को 6 बजकर 57 मिनट पर कंपनी की तरफ से बताया गया है कि ज्यादातर सर्विस वापस ऑन लाइन आ गई हैं।
