Cannes Film Festival में दिल छोड़ आयीं माहिरा ख़ान, आते ही लिखा Love Letter

मुंबई। 71वें कान फ़िल्म फेस्टिवल में डेब्यू करने वाली पाकिस्तानी एक्ट्रेस माहिरा ख़ान वापस आ गयी हैं, मगर उनका दिल वहीं रह गया है। माहिरा ने इंस्टाग्राम पर एक नोट लिखकर अपने जज़्बात बयां किये हैं। माहिरा का कहना है कि इस फेस्टिवल ने उन्हें महिला के तौर पर मजबूती दी है।

बता दें कि माहिरा एक इंटरनेशनल कॉस्मेटिक कंपनी की एंबेस्डर के तौर पर फ़िल्म समारोह में शामिल हुईं। रेड कार्पेट पर माहिरा की ग्लैमरस एपीयरेंस को ख़ूब सराहा गया था। माहिरा ने नोट में लिखा है- ''ओह कान, तुमने मेरा दिल चुरा लिया है। खुली बाहों में समेटने के लिए शुक्रिया। तुम गर्मजोशी से भरे और शालीन रहे। काश में सारा अनुभव लिख पाती, लेकिन ये प्रेम-पत्र काफ़ी लंबा हो जाता। फिर भी कुछ बातें हैं, जो मैं सबसे कहना चाहूंगी।''

Oh Cannes you have a piece of my heart! Thank you for taking us in with open arms, you were warm and generous. I wish I could pen down my entire experience but that’ll be a long love letter for another time. However there are a few things I want to relay to all of you. As I sat in the car on my way to the airport I realised that I felt more empowered than ever before. And the reason was because of the amazing women that I met over the last three days. All these talented women had one thing in common - they lifted each other up. They were supportive and kind. They had each other’s backs. And that is the only (if any) key to success. It is empowering to sit with women and speak about the lines under your eyes or how fast your children are growing up. It’s a relief when it is your first time on the red carpet with hundreds of people photographing you, to get a ‘you’ve got this’ from the girl whose done this like a dream so many times. It was even more amazing to get all these lovely msgs from my industry back home. And the best family and friends one could ask for. Aah and my fan family, how I love thee! We are nothing alone, and that is something life keeps teaching me time and again. माहिरा आगे लिखती हैं- ''एयरपोर्ट जाने के लिए जब मैं अपनी कार में बैठी, मैंने ख़ुद को ज़्यादा ताक़तवर महसूस किया। और इसकी वजह वो सारी महिलाएं थीं, जिनसे मैं पिछले तीन दिनों में मिली। इन सभी प्रतिभाशाली महिलाओं में एक बात कॉमन थी- उन्होंने एक-दूसरे को ऊपर उठाया है। वे सभी मददगार और दयालु थीं। वो एक-दूसरे के पीछे थीं। और यही कामयाबी की चाबी है।''

कान फ़िल्म फेस्टिवल में रेड कार्पेट पर चहलकदमी के दौरान माहिरा की मुलाक़ात सोनम कपूर से हुई थी, जिसकी तस्वीर सोशल मीडिया में वायरल हो गयी थी। इस तस्वीर में सोनम माहिरा को किस करती दिखी थीं। माहिरा और सोनम की इस बांडिंग रेड कार्पेट की हाइलाइट रही थी। माहिरा आगे लिखती हैं- ''महिलाओं के साथ बैठना और आंखों के नीचे उम्र के निशानों या अपने बढ़ते हुए बच्चों के बारे में बातें करना, मजबूत बनाता है। रेड कार्पेट पर पहली बार चलना और सैकड़ों लोगों को फोटो लेते हुए देखना, सपने को हक़ीक़त में बदलते देखना सुखद है।''

माहिरा के कान फ़िल्म फेस्टिवल में डेब्यू के बाद वो अपनी फ़िल्म इंडस्ट्री में भी ख़ुद के लिए बदलते नज़रिए को महसूस कर रही हैं। माहिरा कहती है- ''घरेलू इंडस्ट्री की तरफ़ से प्यारे मैसेज मिलना शानदार है। परिवार और दोस्त आपको बधाई दें, इससे ज़्यादा और क्या चाहिए। अंत में माहिरा लिखती हैं कि अकेले हम कुछ भी नहीं हैं, और यही सीख ज़िंदगी मुझे बार-बार देती रही है।'' बता दें कि माहिरा ने शाह रुख़ ख़ान की फ़िल्म 'रईस' से 2017 में बॉलीवुड में डेब्यू किया था। बॉलीवुड में उन्हें रणबीर कपूर की अच्छी दोस्त माना जाता है।
